Shipping Update October

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to give you another shipping update. Thankfully this affects fewer and fewer of you every week. I'm happy to say I'm finally out of the triple digits!

My plan for October will be aggressive. I want to get all the packs that need signing signed. I want to attempt to get every package shipped by the end of the month. Those of you that got sketches will most likely get a second shipment.

I really appreciate all the patience you've all shown towards your signed tokens.

Illuxcon

I'll be a main show artist at Illuxcon this year. My first time since it's inception 9 years ago. Nine years ago I showed up not really knowing anyone, being blown away at all the amazing paintings. I had just decided that year that I was going to be part of this community. I'm super excited to be part of this show. It's the best fantasy/sci-fi original art show in the world. I think the only event that might have had as many or more Magic artists in one space was GP Vegas. If you can make it you won't be disappointed.

Hi all,

I wanted to make you guys aware a few new tokens available as singles at 5 Color Combo. I've got an awesome new Bat Token, a magical Plant Token, and a disturbing Graveborn Token. Grab a bunch today!

Shipping continues! After my long days of painting and I retired for dinner and relaxing, I'm singing cards during the relaxing bit. My schedule so far is to get as many decks as I can singed to pack and ship on Mondays. It's been working great so far. We've fallen below the 200 mark on packages left to ship! Hurray! I feel really good about that. There are still many decks to sign and a few sketches left to do. Again, I want to thank you all for your continued patience for your customized items.

By now some of you many have seen posts that your package will include a special and unmentioned addition, a cool Ajani postcard. Because of the bulky shape of the package I knew many would not survive the trip. But it had another job, to watch over and protect your tokens, giving them a +10 to a critical saving throw against the postal carrier. And from what I've heard, the postcard has done its job. 

Lastly, I want to mention an awesome book on Kickstarter by one of my favorite Magic artists and a great friend, Omar Rayyan. I really hope you can check out and support Omar's book Goblin Market. Omar's painting always leave me filled with magic and excitement. I just love the worlds he creates.

Hi All,

Firstly, I wanted to address some backers letting me know that their countries seem to have import fees on packages. I'm not at all familiar with every country and their rules or fees on shipped items. It bums me out to know some of you have had to deal with issues related to fees from your customs officials. 

I have made some progress in the last few weeks. It might not look like much from the previous post. But from the guy who's signing all the cards, it's a lot of progress.

Again, the number you all would be interested in is the "Answered" column. That is how many packages remain to be send out. That's a minimum of 247 packs to sign left. Progress!

If you're one of the 247, I'll mention again, if you don't want to wait for your pack to be signed just let me know and I'll get your package out in the next batch. I appreciate your patience for you customized order.

You can now order singles from 5 Color Combo! They have 81 options and a few more on the way. 

 Which new ones? A Bat Token and a new Plant Token will be arriving soon.

Where we're at so far

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to check in with you. About half of you this email will be of interest. The other half  either have their packages or they are enroute. I'm doing my best to get packages shipped. This have been going great from my perspective as I'm ahead of schedule.

I still have a lot of customization to attend to. If at any time you'd prefer your pack unsigned just let me know and you package will generally be out in the next batch.

Here's a visual of where I'm at.

For many of you the number you'll want to look at is the "Answered" column. This is pretty much the number of packs I have left to sign. I hope to get between 30-50 packages out a week from now until everyone has their rewards. 

Thanks again to everyone for supporting me and your continued patience while I complete your custom items.

One last item. A customer brought to my attention that the playmats on my store had the international shipping rates listed for domestic addresses. It's been fixed.

Hi Backers!

I just wanted to check in with you guys on shipping. As of today I've shipped out over 300 packages! I've shipped out all the non-custom items. That means the amount of items shipped out over the next month will slow down a bit. 

Your patience for your custom items is appreciated. 

Also, some had asked about the Ajani playmats being available after GenCon. The image links to the item on the store.
